Just got OW Certification

Did my final three OW dives on Saturday off the Spectre Dive Boat in Ventura and got my OW certification. I have to say I saw the biggest lobster I have ever seen on my final dive. By this time skills were already completed so it was more of a sight seeing dive and all I could say is WOW at some of the life I saw.

Getting to do your certification dives in the Channel Islands was quite a cool thing! I have dived in a lot of places around the world, and the diving there is in the top few places, in my opinion. You are going to have GREAT fun exploring your local diving!

Sweet! I loved the diving in SoCal, though cold (I'm a warmwater wimp now). There are many active divers and dive clubs. Find a mentor and go dive dive dive.
