Saturday I did 3 dives about 45 min long each. I dove with single tank divers, so time was shorter than I would normally do. Sunday, I dove with some cave diving buddies. The first dive was only about 25 minutes, as one of my buddies just got a new drysuit & was trying to sort things out. I found a lost weight pocket with 9# of weight in it. Messed with my buoyancy a bit, but was able to bring it up safely. The second dive was a leisurely shallow dive of 70 minutes. We all just sort of putzed around & enjoyed ourselves. I wore my second side mounted bail- out bottle (right side). I never even noticed it was there. I am really digging the Prism2. I really appreciate the quiet & most of all, the extended bottom time & 1/3 the weight of my doubles.. I could hear my OC buddies loud & clear at all times.

Glad your enjoying your ccr. The quiet extended dives are great. When diving with oc peeps i always think i have leak because i am used to the silence, lol

OC buddies? I don't have too many of those any more ;)

Well it'll be a while before that happens,... unless I dive solo. Rebreathers are just now starting to really make an apperance in this region. There are only 4 or 5, that I am aware of, within 100 mi radius,... sooooo for now I have to get in the dives any way I can.

I really am enjoying it! Sooo much easier than humping 150 lbs on my back. Although I have not (yet) given up my doubles, the ease of movement is so nice!

Hang on to your doubles. You'll use them to bank gas for the RB.
