My husband and I just got certified in late June and are heading to Cozumel in two weeks. Staying at the Allegro resort and info on their dive shop?
 
Welcome to the board. Congrats on getting certified. Off to warm water already is great. Just remember what you learned and practice every chance you get.
 
I think about it everyday. I feel like this is more relaxing than yoga.
 
What a great way to get started diving.

You may want to look at the travel section of the board. There is a heading for Mexico. There are so many experienced divers on this board that I'll bet somebody has been there and done that. Some of the board members gave me some great info when I was planning my last trip!

The great thing is the folks here are very interested in shareing their knowlege and want newbies like us to learn to persue the sport safely and have a good time, too!

When you get back, let us know how it went!
