Plans in cement. Definitely diving with Aldora. Also worked in a whale shark trip! Cannot wait!!!

LOVE planning out the details for a vacation! I almost enjoy surfing the net for things to do while we are down there as much as being underwater! ( Well, not really... )

We are all truly blessed, and I am so very thankful for all of it, including this great board.

Same here. Finalized with Aldora last week. But thinking a side trip to the cenotes instead of whale sharks.

Change of plans, now it is 6/27-7/1. That's what happens when you book before you ask off. Wasn't too costly because I only had to change flights.

My primary concern is wind and the best resource I have found is Wind Guru: WindGURU: Mexico - Cozumel
Another good resource is 'track the tropics ' out of New Orleans
Hurricane Season 2016 - Track The Tropics at Louisiana Hurricane Center
It currently looks like invest 93L will track south of the island today, closer to Tulum bringing lots of rain and exit to the North of the Yucatan tomorrow morning and then become TS or minor Hurricane Colin on its way to Florida. I think I will try and get a seat on this mornings flight from DFW and get a couple days of diving in. Tomorrow and Monday the winds look OK so hopefully I will be having an having an ice cold draft at the Pub this evening and diving in the morning.
