Looked like a gorgeous day to be diving on the Island. The colour of the water in the shallows along the shoreline made it look almost tropical.

The vase looked more like an urn, if you get my meaning :wink:

Could have been, but it looked like it was one solid piece without a separate lid. Maybe it was so heavy because they filled it half full of lead. I don't know if it fell right in front of the octopus den or if the octopus was determined enough to drag it home. And yes, it definitely was tropical-like. It wasn't the clearest I've ever seen in the Inlet, but it was one of the brightest dives I've ever done.
 
Every time I see one of your self portraits I chuckle...I have to try that.
