Outstanding dive. Regarding the mature, dead ling cod, it would be hypocritical of me to take a stance against sportfishing and the breakwater is probably one of the best spots in Victoria for anglers with no access to a boat so making it a no fishing zone wouldn't be fair, but that fish would have had a better chance of survival after breaking the line if the hooks had been single barbless instead of double barbed treble prong hooks.
