July-August in the PI?

Any recommendations on good places to dive in the July-August period. I normally go to PG, Dumaguete, and Panglao (Alona) during the Feb-Mar period but don't have any experience with the summer months.

Summer in the Philippines is March-May and July - Aug are the monsoon season.
