Wheres anyone going, and whats been new, been traveling to much to dive as of late, England and Kansas, so... its time to get wet in a semi warm type of water, and if anyone says Lanier, they get the disgusted look ;)

I will be at Dive Haven Quarry on the 5th looking for a dive buddy.

I'll be in the red Montero with dive stickers all over the bumper...

Hi, Mike. I won't say the L word, just know that I will be at a lake north of Atlanta in the a.m. m . working out the kinks with my new drysuit. I will get there early at Two Mile Creek about 8:30-9:00a.m. so I can suit and not die of a heat stroke. I couldn't dream of putting on undergarments in this heat.

How about directions to 2 mile creeK? I could meet you there.

Mike

Go north on 400 to Exit 17. Take a right go 1-2 miles to Browns Bridge Rd. interesection, Take a right and then go about 3-5 miles(I haven't clocked it yet to be exact) until you see Bethel Rd. sign on the right. Two Mile Creek and Six Mile Creek sign should be there too. Take a right and follow road until it deadends into the park, about 2 miles. The cove I dive in is on the left. I'll be in a Black 1994 Toyota Sedan.

What time? I'll be in the red Montero.

Mike

Heading up to Loch Low-Minn tomorrow (Sunday), if anyone's interested. PM me.

I went up to Two Mile Creek Park this morning about 9:30a.m. to try out my new Pinnacle EVO2 drysuit. To have never taken a drysuit course, I think I did pretty good. I dove down to about 20 ft. and popped air into the suit when it got a little too tight. I didn't have any inversions, nor did I try to either, not yet. Vent valve worked good on practice ascents. I only wore T-shirt and shorts and cotton socks. It was way too hot for full undergarments. Didn't go deep enough to need them. T-shirt got a little damp, probably sweat. Shorts and cotton socks stayed dry. The seals are tough, like inner tube rubber, should last a long time. Jack at Divers Supply trimmed them real good. I really like the suit and I can't wait to dive it again. Great investment in my dive equip. Just wish it was a little cooler time of year.

Sorry, I was planning on Sunday, anyone uo for that?

Mike, I'm trying to get a trip up for LLM or Blue Water tomorrow... (I'm not interested in Lanier or Dive Haven)...

Would you be up for that?
