does anyone know where i should go dive in jamaica?

Do you know where you will be staying, or is that up in the air as well?

We've been to Jamaica twice, both times in Negril, and if Jamaica is your destination of choice, I would strongly suggest you look into Negril. The last time we were there, we dove with Sun Divers, and would highly recommend them.

we are probably staying in ocho rios but we aren't 100% sure yet..I will definitely check out your recommendation though, thanks

well first off, check with your resort to see if they have a dive operator on site. Many of the resorts have one on site or even have it included in the "all inclusive" package. Now... the dives that are included in the all inclusive package are usually shallow one or two tank dives that aren't challenging and can be done by anyone there. While they aren't bad by any means, you pretty much "go where the boat goes".

I've been to Ocho Rios, but did not dive there. I have dove in Negril and I will say that I was happy with the diving there. Nice reefs and decent fish life. Water clarity was great.
