This is my second upload attempt of a more recent photo (I took it about two weeks ago). I think I am getting the hang of this resizing thing.

This was shot on a reef I call San Remo's in north Boca Raton, Florida. Third reef ledge in 60' on a day with about 50' vis.

My equipment was my old "workhorse" Nikonos III with 15mm Nikonos lense and ikelite substrobe 225. The film was Kodak Portra VC in 400asa. Setting was 1/60 @ f11 with the strobe on 1/4 power.

The negative was scanned and sized in photoshop LE using the Marcus Ward method.

Comments and critiques are welcome.

Yeah, a smallish Green Moray (gymnothorax funebris) with a good example of adult Highhat (equetus acuminatus) on the left and a couple of Grunts either French (haemulon favolineatum) or Small Mouth (haemulon chrsargyreum) on the right. Typical Caribbean reef scene.

Now THAT's a reef scene. :D
