Issues with my W1

So I dove for my 2nd time today in my 7mm W1.

I'm having a few issues with this suit.


1. The compass on the sleeve seems to get stuck and or stop working occasionally, it doesn't seem to match the direction my Dive Computer Compass is pointing.

2. The glue on the seam as well as the tape covering the end of the seam on the left wrist seal is starting to come off.

3. There is a really bad crease on of the the arm seals, it looks like when I received it, it was folded badly in the box causing this, not really causing an issues but sort of an annoyance.

Did you ever hear anything from Waterproof on this? I'm strongly considering one of these suits. Due to the price, however, I am also very interested in the company's customer service.

Nope, never heard from them even after 2 emails, their customer service is horrible. They might make good products but not at the trouble of no support.
