Whenever I shoot video under water with my E-PL3, the image will frequently show flashes of red tint on the whole scene, and the video quality leaves something to be desired. I'm wondering if the color issues are due to having the camera set to underwater white balance and the camera is doing some freak out trying to keep the setting against various environmental changes. You can see the issue in the following videos:

Point Lobos - May 5th, 2012 - YouTube
Diving Aumentos Reef - YouTube
Point Lobos. April 8th - YouTube

Any ideas or suggestions? What settings are others usually running with for video on this camera? Anyone have any of their own video online?

Also, I will often hear some kind of mechanical almost motor-like sound during my videos, and I've heard it on other E-PL3 user videos. Anyone know what that is?

I find it hard to believe that no one can answer yea or nay on this issue.
