I just picked up an A95 and cannon housing and set my "C" mode to 1/60, f4, manual white balance, flash to low. What is a good iso speed to use? 100 is where it is now with the flash on and when on I put it to no flash 400. Does this seem right? or am I off on the iso speeds? Thanks for your help. newbie here.

always use the lowest ISO speed possible in the conditions. Higher ISO introduces more noise. I never shoot above the lowest ISO (eg. on my old A70 ISO 50 always).
