Are your trim pockets just simple pockets threaded onto the cylinder band, nothing special or unique about them?
XS Scuba makes such a pouch (Velcro closure) that has a 2"x3" Velcro "hoop" patch sewn to the flap, in order to catch the Velcro "hooks" on your cylinder band loose end. (I have them in my shop.)
