You've got to be kidding.....right?

BRRRRRR!!!!! I like warm, clear, smooth water. Is that too much to ask?

Let me emphasize "warm", my wife does. She'll not dive a place with cold water like this. Surface water on Isle Royal is really warming up when it hits 45F. The hiking and canoeing or kayaking is phenominal there. Last time I was there the wolves woke us up two nights and the loons gather by the 30's, there are plenty of moose and there are fox and otters to see as well. No vehicles on the Island, only hiking or waterways for transportation, it is very rugged. The wrecks are very pristine. The only way to get to Isle Royal is from Copper Harbor for divers...a four and half hour boat ride with all dive gear including tanks, or your own boat.
