Hi Doug, welcome to this board. On the subject of scholarships I don't know anything about the American situation so I can't comment.

I don' know much about scuba scholarships, but a search on this board might turn something up. Maybe someone with a bit of firsthand knowledge on this subject will come along soon.

Heya Doug and welcome to the Board! Sounds like you do have a pretty amazing daughter. Just a thought, here at ScubaBoard we are a family friendly board with a pretty strict rule of all threads/posts being rated no more than PG-13, that being said, maybe your daughter should also join the board with her own screen name. I love hearing the ideas of our youth and feeling their never ending excitement. We're certainly glad to have you aboard.
