Island hopping suggestions in Raja Ampat before Liveaboard

Hi, travelling to Sorong in September 2022, two weeks from now, for 14 days. We have 5 days to explore prior to our liveaboard reservation. Looking for any suggestions for islands and accommodations accessible by ferry. We don't need luxury, more interested in adventure, friendly atmosphere, good food and drink. Thanks in advance!
