It hard to tell without seeing inside the fitting. The 3/8 end is pretty standard. The other end with the sliding collar that will determine if it's a Air 2 hose or not.

Edit- it might be a regulator hose with an LP adapter on it, although it looks kinda short

It looks like the hose for the old style Scubapro inflator dating from the mid '70's through the early 1980's. It replaced an even earlier version that was smooth sided and about an inch and a half long with a flat release sticking out one side.

That was back in the day when every company used a different low pressure inflator quick disconnect - a major PITA for all involved.

The standard QD they eventually adopted and still use today was very similar to the release used by Watergill and the two are more or less interchangeable.

Edit: I found one in one of my vintage boxes. They were not a balanced inflator but were still a very good design and very durable. They last longer than the hoses which often got thrown away (despite the end fitting just screwing into a regular LP hose) so now they are still found now on e-bay and rummage sales, but are useless without the hose.

This one will get cleaned up and the have the S repainted and will end up on a vintage Scubapro horse collar BC.
