Is This a Bat Fish?

Found these 2 on Sabalos reef, Playa del Carmen. Had gopro on narrow by mistake so I had a lot of cut off heads and fins.

No it's not a batfish. I am trying to identify what it is

Looks like a Sea Robin.

I think you call them sea robins, they are from the familiy of Dactylopteridae

I think Flying Gurnard and not Sea Robin since there are not three bands on the tail (as in a Bandtail Searobin) and because the pectoral fins have irredescent blue markings. I am also going off the snout differences and the dots on the body and fins.
