Currently using a cyklon 300 2940 1st stage (circa 1975) with a G1/8-UNF7/16 adapter for the LP hose

QUESTION: Is there a 90 degree adapter (elbow?) that can connect a G1/8-UNF7/16 adapter to the LP hose? (IE 1st stage>G1/8-UNF7/16>RT angle adapter>LP hose)
GOAL: to streamline and lower the profile of my LP hose (ie prevent the LP hose from sticking up so far) as it comes over my left shoulder

1. design of 1st stage ( ie where LP port is located) results in my LP hose being directed almost vertically (think pointing to 1 o'clock) as it comes over my left shoulder
2. if a 90 degree adapter could be connected to the existing adapter, this would allow the LP hose to be directed downward towards my shoulder, allowing the LP hose to hug my shoulder/shoulder strap
I've done some searching and been unsuccessful (all of the adapters that I've seen so far are designed to connect the hose to the primary second stage mouthpiece); I am also contacting the folks at silentexplorers ( who recently did a great job servicing the rig) and am awaiting their response.

thanks

Poseidon made a number of high and low pressure banjos and sundry adaptors for adaptors over the years, to solve that issue — and it still impresses that parts support can still be had for an item discontinued thirty years ago . . .

Man, think it's a misunderstand, but UNF7/16 is HP thread. LP threads are UNF3/8, UNF 1/2 and rarely seen on Poseidon 1st stages G (BSP) 1/8.
If you had G1/8 to UNF 3/8 adapter - there are plenty of 90 deg.-angled elbows for 3/8,
they are designed to be turned in any direction. Divegearexpress and aliexpress sell it.
At least, i can poit you to https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803844737791.html

Omniswivel also make them. Assuming you mean 3/8 for the BC direct feed and not 7/16.

I did something similar when I had a Cyklon 300. 1/8-3/8 adaptor to 3 output swivel. This allowed an octopus as well as the BC direct feed being routed down. The other LP out being used for the drysuit.

indeed you are correct: 3/8 not 7/16;
thanks for the heads up re where i can locate/purchase;
very much appreciated

The problem is the G1/8 male end for the first stage. Haven't ever seen a right angle adapter for that thread...

Here is a Poseidon swiveling adaptor — “banjo” — as an alternative, that I have had for years, which accomplishes the same thing, which does happen to possess a G 1/8 male end, shown both attached and partially disassembled from a Cyklon 300 2980 first stage.

I forgot about that thread issue in the earlier post — and am attributing the whole thing on ongoing turkey coma . . .
