Is it accepted in all of these specified locations anytime?

Do you really get these discounts off of the prices that you'd pay without it?

I don't know about this one in particular, but I know that the reason these things work for the people who produce them is that most folks who buy them end up not using them enough to recoup the expense. It's the same reasoning that's behind mail-in rebates.

If you plan to visit the establishments that accept it and think you'll save at least what you spend, sure it's worth it. As long as you keep in mind that it isn't accepted everywhere so you're not disappointed.
