Is Lightroom 3 worth an upgrade from 2.7?

To 3, or not to 3, that is the question? I like 2.7, so what are the benefits of LR3. I don't know what I don't know, and that makes me worried....

So all you experts, what's the straight story?

Absolutely worth the upgrade. The new noise reduction algorithms are worth the price and the printing is quite a bit closer to that in PS (at least in my hands).

It's much faster with the 64 bit addressing especially if you have a large library.
