Introduction to BB Codes​

BB codes (Bulletin Board) are hidden "tags" that start and stop formatting text and images in posts. Members can easily get by with little or no knowledge of BB codes but understanding them is helpful to perform more advanced formatting.

Most BB codes are similar to HTML codes in name and syntax that format Web pages. Many of these "tags" are the same except HTML uses angle brackets, < >, and BB code uses square brackets, [ ]. Example: Bold Italic Underline

Codes can be combined on the same text string:

There is no restriction that I'm aware of on how many formatting codes can be combined. For example:
