As previously announced by Intova, the development of new models over a wide camera and light product range, has become increasingly challenging. Inventory support from multiple factories for global distribution has provided a whole different set of challenges. As a result, Intova has decided to sell the Tovatec light business. This will allow Tovatec (lights) and Intova (cameras) to each better concentrate their resources on new product development, increased inventory, and better customer support.
While Tovatec light manufacturing has been sold to Innovative Scuba Concepts, Inc., it will be run separately from Innovative Scuba. For the dealers who have been buying lights and cameras from Intova, the only change you will see is that you will need to place your light orders with Tovatec and your camera orders with Intova. All pricing, terms, conditions, etc. will remain the same.
We at Tovatec are attempting to make this as seamless as possible to the Intova dealers. In addition, Tovatec has several exciting new models in the development queue which we intend to introduce very soon. We also expect to increase inventory to attain 98+ % fill rate in the near future.
