I am thinking of picking up a cell phone to use internationally when I go traveling next year. I have seen some pretty nice looking cell phone from Korea, China, and Japan and I wouldn't mind buying one of those.
But I am sure this topic has been beaten to death on some cell phone forums somewhere. Does anyone know a good cell phone forum with advice on how to find a cell phone with no plan from whatever country, and bring it back to Canada for use at home? Probably for use on the Rogers network.
So if someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated!
