Insurance for Diving and Travelling?

I am interested in getting a policy for my wife and myself. I have looked into the DAN policies and I am not sure that it is what I want.

I was kind of hoping that one company would offer a policy that included:
(1) Travel Insurance for all of our trips (including non-diving trips)
(2) Theft/Loss/Accidental Damage of gear
(3) Diver insurance (recompression, medical, etc.)
(4) (possibly) life insurance

Do I need multiple policies for all of this?

Not only that, but as far as I know, there is no DAN equipment insurance for divers that do not reside in the USA . If any of you know of a company which offers equipment insurance for any other country, please let me know.

I know nothing about the policies themselves nor all that they cover but Dive Assure and PADI both offer diving insurance. I'm sure there are some others out there. If you find something promising, let us know.

Several years ago, I tried to find a travel insurance policy which would cover trip cancellation, early return for medical reasons, etc. with a reasonable annual premium - significantly less than the $5-7 per $100 per trip offered by travel agents.

I did find such insurance available in Canada and the UK, but, to make a long story short, no one would cover US residents.

Since about half my travel is for diving, I carry DAN's insurance. Although limited in scope, at least it covers a goodly part of my needs at an acceptable cost.
