Instructor or couple wanted in Thailand.

I am opening a new diveshop in the next few weeks on the Island of Koh Chang
and i would like to employ an instructor(padi) or a couple to help
with the setting up and running of the business. I can offer a small wage plus
commision on all bookings and work carried out. The position will include accomodation
which is really nice and also a work permit so the position is completely legal.
My goal is to be the premier diveshop on this island within 3 years and there
is some stiff competition so it will be a real challenge but i have a good track record
with previous businesses so im looking forward to the challenge.

The hours will be long and until the business is established i will require the person or persons
to be very flexible with hours and tasks.Diving all day and then staffing the shop til 8pm will be likely.
Ideally you can speak some european languages such as french or german or russian but this
is not mandatory.
I can even offer a partnership to the right person(s).
Koh Chang is getting busier year on is getting a huge wreck very soon so exciting times are ahead
for sure.
