Instructor / Dive Training - Philly to Cape May

I'm trying to help my sister get certified. She is in Camden County SJ, and can easily get into Philadelphia. But, she's also open to anything that would be in the AC Expressway and Parkway corridor down to Cape May. I haven't been back to the area in years, and I know nothing of who to recommend or be sure to stay away from.

Recommendations or people/places to avoid??
