G,day All,

A question for all the Oly C5050 users, I have just ordered a Inon wide angled lens (Type 2). This fits directly onto the PT-015 housing 67mm thread, it also states that it can be used above water as well.
Question: Is there another adaptor that fits onto the camera that allows the WAL to fit onto it?

I don't believe so.
You have to use the housing on land to be able to use that WAL.
It is a fairly heavy lens and the weight of it would likely trash the telescoping part of the camera lens, even if there was an adaptor for it.

Gilligan is correct, to use the INON you have to use the housing. Just make sure the housing port is clean before you add the WA lens and you'll be OK. In fact, with the weight of the WA lens, having the extra size of the housing to hold onto will make the whole thing easier to hold steady.

Thanks Guys,
That clears that up.

I suppose next time I go bush walking the housing would also act as protection for the camera, although a bit on the bulky side.
