I have the Canon G9 and the wide angle lens. Is the Inon close up lens (or a pair of them) worthwhile?

The G9 has good zoom and macro and auto-focuses. It seems that with the Inon you can't auto-focus and sort of have to move in and out to focus. Have people had good success with these lenses? On what sort of subjects?

Yes, the lens works quite well. Stacking two does not work though (visible distortion).
I don't know why autofocus would not work - maybe that is a G9 thing? With my Canon A-610 (ikelite housing) autofocus works fine, as long as you don't zoom in (or maybe that is what you are getting at?!).
