FOR SALE - I almost forgot I had this. This is a brand new INON AD-LD mount converter for the UCL-165AD close-up lens. Allows one to mount the AD bayonet mount version of the UCL-165AD close-up lens on a camera port that uses the LD bayonet system. In other words, there is a female AD bayonet mount on the lens side of the converter and a male LD bayonet mount on the camera side. Hope that make sense! These go for $44 new, will sell this (with original box and instructions) for $30, including paypal fee and ground shipping to CONUS addresses. Contact me regarding other destinations.

Note that I still have a Fisheye FIX adapter ring ADF-M52 pro, has 52mm screw threads to attach to housing (e.g., Fisheye's Canon S95 housing) and female AD bayonet mount to accept AD wet lenses. $50 including paypal fee and ground shipping to CONUS addresses. THis was posted in an ad a couple days with several other items. Thanks for looking.

good morning, i am interested on the fix adapter ring if still for sale. will you be able to ship it to Limassol in Cyprus by normal mail/padded small envelope and i will pay the shipping? (i am not interested to pay a fortune just using an expensive courier!;-) ). i am trying to use my UFL 165 AD lens on a new housing with 52mm thread. something else: prior committing maybe you can help me to clarify: the fix adapter keeps referring to the UCL lenses, not the UFL or UWL. i am under the impression they should work the same, or not?

Divermariner (and others who may be interested) - The FIX ADF-M52 adapter ring has been sold already. The item mentioned in the thread, the Inon AD-LD mount converter, is still available. The Inon instructions specifically state that this mount converter is only for the UCL-165AD close-up lens, and is not compatible with the Inon UFL-165AD wide-anle wet lens. My guess is that the spacing between the front of the camera lens and the back of the wet lens is not that critical for a close-up wet lens like the UCL-165AD, but it is critical for a wide-angle wet lens like the UFL-165AD. THe adapter ring adds a little extra space between the camera lens and the wet lens, and this may affect the ability of the wet lens to reach focus or to render images sharply. So I would assume that Inon is correct that this adapter only works with the UCL-165AD.
