I'm curious if anyone runs inline/rebreather valves rather than mirrored valves? My thinking is you'd have a cylinder that works the same both sides with a small adjustment of bolt-snap position.
 
I'm not sure how you would wrap the bungee.

On the reg?
Valves handles inside?
You could rig it edd style or ring style.

Was thinking around the neck, under the handle then over the outboard end of the reg.

Top clip / ring bungee (no wrapping necessary, ever, regardless of valve or regulator used)
