Hi:
New to board - looking to dive in Feb. Recently been to Roatan, Bonaire and San Andres.
Money is tight and there look to be great deals into Cuba. Know hotels and meals are only so-so but if the diving is good ....
Looking at Santa Lucia / Cayo Coco / Cayo Largo - anybody wish to share any experiences and / or recommendations
