Indigo Watersports, Ltd aka Indigo Diving on St Vincent; knows the definition of customer service and how to treat guests. Kay and her gang of guys are truely the best operator I have experienced in many years of traveling throughout the Carribean and Dutch West indies. Too bad you have to leave the country to receive this level of service.
July - Aug 2010, we had been making plans to visit St Vincent and Bequia since early 2010. Our first step was to find an operator! After inquiring of the two on St Vincent, Kay was always quick to respond, quick to provide info, and quick to answer all my stupid questions. Never tiring she recommended hotels, restaurants, and what NOT to see. Kay and I developed an e-mail rapore before the others ever responded to my first e-mail. Kay gave us all the options (based on our criteria) then made all the arrangements like a travel agent would.
Upon arrival, Kay greeted us at the airport BUT prior to meeting us, she had verified the hotel was actually ready for us! WOW. Kay went so far as to pick us up at our hotel daily for diving. Diving was good and we never went to the same spot twice. Unlike some operators that can't wait to show you "something," Kay knew enough to show us the unique and unusual. So as a result we weren't constantly swimming to the leader to see another "this or that." Refreshing considering we've been diving for 30+ years.
Kay also included regulators and BCDs in our package quote so we would not be burdoned with luguage fees. Not only that she let us hang on to them when we went to Bequia for 4 days. Better than normal rental service i would say!
Kay assisted in finding an operator on Bequia who turned out to almost as good as her, giving us a truely great diving overall experience.
In the end, I would highly recommend Indigo Watersports over any other in the area. Listen to her feedback because she has lived there for over 8 years and has been in the hospitality industry all her life.
