The first Third Coast Mermaid Festival in Chicagoland is being planned by Diveheart for summer 2015. The occasion will highlight the effort made by people, organizations, and companies across the Midwest to help raise money for the cause and for the awareness of Diveheart. Diveheart is a non-profit group in Chicago that offers scuba diving instructions and opportunities to interested individuals with physical disabilities and injured veterans....
