In Tokyo in April/May, want to go diving somewhere quick and easy?

I'll be in Tokyo for business next April or May and would like to tack on some diving somewhere easy/cheap/quick to get to, but that's world class diving. I'd only have 4 days including travel time, and would want to dive for 2 days. I don't know if such a place exists, I know all the best diving is done via one week liveaboard but i just don't have that kind of time.

I was looking at Sipadan but that seems to be a bit of a production. Any ideas?

2.5 hour flight to Okinawa and diving the same day. Direct flights from Tokyo multiple times per day and great reefs and healthy corals.
