They are not to be had unless you find a used one on e-Bay. And if you do find one it will likely be way over-priced. The other alternative is to buy an Ikelite housing in the $500. price range. I advise against that for that camera at this point in time.
Bottom line is you will have to buy a more updated camera and housing.

I have an Olympus Camedia C-4000 Zoom. I purchased a PT 010 underwater housing for it in 2004 from someone called "ehobbyjapan" on EBay. I have had no trouble whatsoever with this housing but it was never available in the US. It came from Japan and I had to search out a translated set of operating instructions for it. After using this setup since then on many dives, I would recommend you get a better camera with a readily available housing. The delay between clicking the shutter button and the actual taking of the picture on the 4000 is maddening when you are trying to capture pictures on the fly underwater. If I were to start from scratch now I would purchase a digital video camera with a matching housing. That way you could have video and also simply capture single frames for individual shots. Also, the C-4000 takes a Smartmedia memory card which is no longer easy to find without paying a premium. The maximum size for this format card is 128mb and you will usually have to pay about $40 for one. If you buy a used card make sure it was only used in an Olympus camera. If it has been formatted in a PC instead of the camera, there is a very good chance the camera will not recognize it and give you an error message. There is nothing wrong with the card and you can send it off and have it properly reformatted, but what a pain. There are so many reasons to avoid Olympus that I did not know when I bought mine on a recommendation from another diver. I don't have experience with another brand underwater, but I can tell you my Olympus is definitely not optimal in ease of use, performance or cost. In all fairness, I admit I have never been able to master the quick set sequence for preloaded settings and so am frustrated by the long process I go through every time I want to adjust for specific conditions while diving. I don't think I'm unique as Olympus generally gets poor ratings for ease of use. As a side note, you can see some of the pictures I took with the C-4000 while diving Cozumel several trips at www.UseAPhoto.com.

You can get an OLY Stylus 500 and a housing on ebay for $400 or less. Decent little camera, very fast storage time.

I've got the C4000Z with the PT-010 housing, I bought on Ebay. I've had no trouble with it, and actual like my setup. I've added an WAL and hope to get an arm and strobe soon. I've got a dslr but am not brave enough to take it u/w. LOL
