At B&H photo they have a huge price differnce between imported and USA film.
Why?

i buy film almost exclusively from B&H
some of the film i buy is imported and some is official
imported film means that it was bouught from foreign markets where the price isn't artificially high
it also means that the film was not under strict environmental controls
perhaps the film was treated well perhaps it spend a week on a hot loading dock
for me its all about hte price difference and the intended application
are you using professional portrait film for a paid shoot or are you buying 100ASA fuji superia for your daughterjj's point and shoot
