Our help is needed if Scubaboard is to survive.
There has been a serious legal attack via a lawsuit
against Scubaboard and Net Doc. We have about 139,000
members here on the board, and donations for legal
defense are being accepted on another post.
I ask that all who have interests in Sharks and are thankful
to Scubaboard for allowing us to post and have contact with
each other to donate something,anything, to enable Net Doc
to defend Scubaboard against legal attacks which have no
basis.We ALL have enjoyed Scubaboard.It is now time to
come up with any donation we can.Scubaboard,Net Doc,
and all those who haved worked for us receive no pay.
So anything sent may very well save this Board

We appreciate the help of our members. This is a Federal lawsuit. So this is going to be a long case which will probably take years before it is all over.
