I'm currently using Canon 350D with kit lens and a 100mm macro with a single DS-125 strobe.

I've been contemplating wide-angel setup 'coz I'm kinda tight on budget and I always have a soft spot for the little critters. So I might just stick with my macro lens for a while and invest in a slave strobe.

What I'd like to know if it's sensible to have decent wide-angle shots with a single strobe?
