I am in the middle of building a video camera housing and
I plan to use two 10 watt HID heads for light but I need
some articulating arms to mount the lights to.

Nitrox1:

I have two articulated arms with heads (one doesn't work - either bulb or wiring is the problem) I also have the batt. housing for 8 nicad industrial recharables. There are outrigger arms on the cover of the batt. housing that the arms attach to. The body of the batt. housing has groves on the top side to slide onto the bottom of the housing. They came from Ocean Images in Cape Coral, Fla. Go to their web sight and you'll get an idea of what this looks like. OceanImages.com (I think) I also have the housing for the Sony TR-81 Hi8 cam. and two TR-81 cams. (each has a slight problem) if you're interested. The lights and housing came together. If you want the arms and/or housing and/or cams. Make me an offer.

That's exactly what I have, just the earlier version. The arms in the photo look just a bit longer than mine - not really sure. The lights are detachable from the batt. case. If you want the light arms, I'll throw in the batt. case since the case isn't much without the light arms.

How durable are the arms will they
stay put or will I have to keep moving
them around to keep them in place?
Price?
