I have an idea which I believe will provide better service to Ikelite users and also provide better sales of Ikelite products.

The idea is that as an Ikelite user you can setup up an account with all your Ikelite products you own, including warranty information, service history, problems, issues, etc etc etc.

This provides Ikelite with a data base of Ikelite users and who is using their products.

This data base can be used to promote Ikelite products direct to the Ikelite users on the data base. Maybe provide user discounts for those dealing with ikelite direct.

If Ikelite sent me out an letter or email informing me directly of whats new and up and coming and offering salesand servicing discounts I would read it and most likely buy something.

Also alot of Ikelite users live in far away places and or often too busy to troll through the websites looking for new information directly on the companies website.

It seams these days alot of companies just sell you a product and honestly dont care what happens next unless you have a problem with that product.

Its just an idea.
