This take about 30 minutes to make two snoots, light weight and easy to do. Supplies need are one 3inch flexible PVC coupling,two-3 inch white PVC caps,two- 3/8 plastic toilet supply lines and two rubber washer/shock absorbers to hold supply lines on(this way you can remove them for travel)
Cut the 3 inch flexible coupling in half insert the 3 " caps in each piece pre drill a hole for the supply lines insert supply line from the inside and hold in place with the washer. I painter the inside of the white cap black.
If you only have one strobe you could use two supply lines at different lengths that would give slightly different light levels from each.
