just wanted to say that ive heard Ike is a good compnay, ive been told they will look after their customers and now i have seen it for myself!!
from australia i mailed them 2 ttl cords that were no longer working and a DS strobe of hubbys that we couldnt open the battery part as he had broken the threading somehow. oh and none of this stuff was in warranty
fast response, they gave us a quote to fix all 3 items and in less than 2 weeks from when the goods left us they have been returned and the 2 ttl cords are brand new and the stobe is all fixed and for VERY reasonable cost to us (inc replacing both ttl cords for new ones for min cost).
