I think my question should be here, not in "Canon corner" where I have posted..

I have Ikelite housing for Canon G9, with optional #9305.92 Flat Port for Wide-Angle Conversion Lens.
Recently (after dive) I have noticed that on an outer side of o-ring which is under port glass, there is a water small amount.
Whether is this o-ring unique protection and water presence on an o-ring outer side is normal, or with port any problems?
Somebody has a same problem?

The outside o-ring mainly acts to keep the port glass in place, not to actually seal the port. The o-ring under the glass is the seal which keeps water from entering the housing. It is possible for some water to be present between the two o-rings. This will not affect the watertight integrity of the housing.

Still pair of questions.
Water has appeared not at once, approximately after 30 dives. It is normal?
When sea water will dry up, whether will damage parts of salt the o-ring?

Thank You!
By the way, 1 week after last dive, water still inside the port between two o-rings.
When the port should dry up completely?
