Ikelite delux ball arms

Hello,

I am going to purchase an Ikelite DS-125 strobe and I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the Ikelite delux ball arms with the Olympus PT-010 housing? Are they good for both macro and wide angle photography? I realise the Ultralite arms are a better option, but they would be stretching my budget!

I'm using three sets with my two cameras.........they work great

I use two arms per side when I shoot wide angle.........2 - 6" I think...........

I have the up-graded arms and they work just fine (on an Ikelite housing).... more flexibility and infinite adjustment... probably a lot more over the standard arm that is offered
