i purchased a ike canon 7D housing a couple of months ago and have found that the top buttons white balance AF drive and ISO and light were not aligned i noticed the post on the tray were not straight (bent towards camera which made them not even close) i straightened them still not right i replaced the rubber on one of the posts with insulation tape (thinner) so as it would align better, except the white balance button, when i use the video on-off lever (even very lightly )it tends to push the camera slightly forward and the buttons go out of alignment agian, especially the white balance button which won"t work, this is frustrating to have this happen to a new housing

Have you been tightening the camera body to the tray securely using a screwdriver? Most often these control alignment issues are due to the camera being slightly loose on the tray, allowing it to tip forward slightly when other controls are actuated.
