Hey Ya'll,
I just got my hands on an Ikelite auto 35 with strobe. How is this system as far as simple point and shoot film setups go? Anybody own one? Happy? Displeased?

Maybe if anyone has some sample shots they could post them.

Thanks to all...........

in my gallery were taken with the Auto35 and strobe.

Inexpensive, easy-to-use entry-level camera. First helpful tip, throw away the view finders. I found the best aiming procedure was to hold the camera at arm's length and block the subject with the body of the camera.

The parallax-induced errors with the view finders ruined many shots before I adopted the procedure above. Another benefit of this aiming method is that gets the camera that much closer to the subject. And, closer is better with the A35.

Thanks cyklon. Very nice pics. I'm impressed at the clarity of them with such a basic camera rig. Thanks for the tips.
