The combination is Oly 5050,Ikelite 5050 Housing,S&S YS90DX,Sync Cord (Not using the optical cable).This System can working with TTL function?
 
Nope, not to my knowledge:

- not unless S&S have decoded Olympus' TTL protocol
- currently, even with the fibre optic cable the YS-90 cannot mimmick TTL with any pre-flash digital camera
