i just thought id say, that when it comes to backing up thier product ike-lite really rocks. while in the channel islands last week i had some dropplets of water enter my housing and so when i got back i sent it to ike-lite, they pressure tested it and found no problem , so they called me to see what i could tell them , and i explained that when i used a function on it it got little splatters of drops inside the housing,they said no problem they would replace the componets and retest and send it back, NO CHARGE

yes they do!! i am so pleased with them!!

this has been my experience as well. I mean, everyone talks about it.. and I was all "OK - whatever..." Until I had a problem (well, until I caused the problem, really.... )

These guys rushed to my rescue, turned around my strobes in nutin' flat and I was able to take my rig on my Kona trip over the Holidays.

You call, they answer. I'm serious - these guys went above and beyond for me. If I was starting out, I would give Ike serious consideration when selecting a rig, simply for the white glove service alone.
