i just thought id say, that when it comes to backing up thier product ike-lite really rocks. while in the channel islands last week i had some dropplets of water enter my housing and so when i got back i sent it to ike-lite, they pressure tested it and found no problem , so they called me to see what i could tell them , and i explained that when i used a function on it it got little splatters of drops inside the housing, they said no problem they would replace the componets and retest and send it back, NO CHARGE:wink:

this has been my experience as well. I mean, everyone talks about it.. and I was all "OK - whatever..." Until I had a problem (well, until I caused the problem, really.... )

These guys rushed to my rescue, turned around my strobes in nutin' flat and I was able to take my rig on my Kona trip over the Holidays.

You call, they answer. I'm serious - these guys went above and beyond for me. If I was starting out, I would give Ike serious consideration when selecting a rig, simply for the white glove service alone.

Ike rukes.
